Perfect bag for my 6th grader’s softball equipment. Roomy and sturdy but not too heavy or bulky. The only negative is that her water bottle doesn’t fit in the designated spot. Really nice, my daughter loves it.

My 9 year old daughter is using this currently for her softball gear. She is able to fit her shoes, helmet, mask, gloves, bat and a drink successfully. It’s a nice size for her and there are no rips or tears as of yet. I’m glad I purchased this bag for her. It’s nice, but not too expensive.

Great t ball/softball bag
This is our second of these. I bought one for my daughter last year when she was 5. Bought a second for my 4 year old this year since he was starting t ball. I love the cleat pocket on the bottom. It’s big enough to fit their gear, but it’s a tight fit. I didn’t want bigger because I want them to be able to carry it. The bag is too big/heavy for my 4 year old to carry, but the 6 year old does just fine. The pockets on the side are deep enough to hold their water bottles without them spilling out. I haven’t figured out what to use the bungee cord on the outside for, but we haven’t needed it.While I like the bag, the material is thinner than some of the bags the other kids are using. After a full season I haven’t noticed any wear on it, but some might not like that. The zipper is ok, but not the smoothest. None of that stopped us from buying a second

I ordered two, a black and a blue, for our boys ages 9 and 12. These backpacks are perfect for them. There’s plenty of room for their cleats in the bottom pocket and the main part is big enough for their mitt, helmet, and uniform. They can even store their glove on the front for easy access. There’s a small pocket on top for storing snacks or a phone. The pockets on the side are big enough for their bat on one side and water bottle on the other. They both love this backpack!

This bag fits helmet, face mask, glove, and ball in main pocket and cleats in the bottom pocket. Not much extra room but good durable bag. Sturdy hook to hang the bag. Only issue is if the main pocket is full of the items listed above it’s hard to get the cleats in the bottom since it pushed into the bottom. If you lay the bag down flat you can put the cleats in the bottom pocket but difficult if it’s full.

My 13 year old was very happy with it. I can’t speak to durability bc we just got it for Christmas . We like that it has the hook hanger for the fence. I was a little disappointed in the size . I had hoped that cleats and batting helmet would fit in bag . As is, the helmet and glove fit and it holds two bats easily. With a 13 year old with man sized feet , it would not fit all his stuff. So, 12u and under I would recommend this bag for .. girls or boys would enjoy it. If you are deciding between size , opt bigger for teens.

Did not last one season
My son was so excited to pick this bag out but I’m disappointed that for the price it fell apart so quickly. He was only able to use it for one season (10 games). It was well taken care of and always hung in the dugout or at home. It should not have fallen apart so easily. The material that holds the bats in on the sides completely ripped open and the bats would fall through.

Lasted 1 season
This lasted 1 season but after that the bottom of the bat holders stared to fall apart . It’s a nice starter bag to make sure your kid will stick with the sport , but if you have an expensive bat go with the better bags like Boombah or something similar that will protect the bat.

Bag has been great but mesh bat liners starting to rip after 3 months.
The bag itself has held up well this summer but the mesh bat holders are starting to rip which will make this bag useless to my son when they do and can no longer hold the bats. I bought it for him 3 months ago so am hoping that I get at least another 3 months out of it before having to buy another. I usually have problems with the sturdiness of the bat holders where the bats begin to flop to the sides but the sturdiness is actually still there. I’ve never had the mesh rip before so that’s concering.

Good value. Sturdy enough for a 5th grader!
My son has been happy with this bag for Fall Ball (Little League). We purchased it at the beginning of this season, which is about to end and it still looks nearly new. We expect it will last him at least a couple years (4 more seasons). The bag has been rugged and I could find only one minor tear in the bat netting, but no other damage, even though my 10 year old son is fairly rough with it.

Updated review 5/31/23-Bag seems good but bat pocket didn’t last.
As of 5/31/23 both bat pockets have ripped out and no longer will hold my daughters bat. Unfortunately this bag didn’t even make it 1 season and I’m outside of my return window. The body of the bag is a great size and seems well made. It fits all my 13 year olds softball gear: helmet, baseball hat, glove, uniform or practice clothes, fleece and cleats. Unfortunately the pocket that holds the bat ripped out after only 1 week. The side pockets need to be bigger, there’s no way a water bottle would come close to fitting in the pocket.

Just what I was looking for!
I was in need of a new softball backpack to replace my current one, which was getting old, and was falling apart. I was looking for something in which I could store two slow pitch softball bats, my 14″ softball glove, batting gloves, and my size 10.5 shoes, all while not breaking the bank.This bag was exactly what I had in mind. My bats are securely stored within the side pockets, and secured with a thick elastic strap. The main pocket is more than sufficient to store my glove and my batting gloves, leaving enough room for keys, wallet, bottles of sunscreen or insect repellent, snacks, etc. The shoe storage compartment was big enough to fit my size 10.5 shoes without an issue. The price point for the bag was more than reasonable.As my softball season is already over, I won’t be able to test its durability, but it looks to be well made with high quality materials.

Inexpensive bad with questionable sturdiness, hence why I returned the item. I did not think it would hold up for the season. Will be purchasing a better quality bad at a sports store because I cannot trust AMAZON…

Great Bag with lots of room for just about everything
Really like this bag. Well made and I fit 2 gloves, tape and bats. There is a main pocket for the gloves, helmet strap and 2 places for bats. Another smaller pockets fits tape, pre-wrap and other necessities. There is also a top pocket for keys and such. There is also a hook so it can be hung on a fence. All and all, I have been using it for the summer and have no problems with the durability. 2x seamed as well.

It is a good bag.Main Compartment : helmet with face grill, glove, extra shirt, and ballsBottom Compartment: is meant for cleats, but we use it for slides to LIMIT dirt in mom’s car.The shoulder straps have padding which is definitely a plus. A hook to hang the bag, that can be tucked away. A velcro strip to attach your gloves to while in the dugout. There is a separate small zippered area for gloves storage.My least favorite part about this bag is the bat holder on the sides. I wish it were velcro strap. It is hard to pull the bat out without it getting stuck on the bottom pouch with the net. (I hope I’m making sense,lol).Lastly, I cannot speak for its durability yet because I bought this bag just a week ago. Here is hoping that it does hold up.

Great bag for Little Leaguers
There’s plenty of room in this bag. It’s a little bit bigger than another Althletico Baseball bag I bought the previous year.He had a 27” bat, helmet, ball glove, water bottle all fit and there was room for a little more.This bag was used for the spring season in 2022 and held up to the abuse of a 9 y/o.

Decent bag for price
Not wanting to spend a fortune of first year gear this was a good option for us as I had two first year players. So far so good, no tears. The bat slots are a bit tight, have to go up into the elastic and then back down into the mesh pocket as it is too much of a fight to go straight in, I feel like a velcro strap would have been better design. Also, my biggest complaint is the shoe area on the bottom. There is no framing for this and the liner for the above compartment drops down, so it is a constant fight to get the shoes in if there is anything in the top. Plus whatever is in the top sits on top of the shoes squishing them. A solid platform above the shoe area and a liner for the shoe area (to flip out the sand) would be a major improvement to this bag. Overall for the money I would buy again.

This bag is extremely durable and held all the supplies my daughter needed for 10U softball. My only complaint is that I wish one of the side pockets would have been made a little larger. My daughter only uses one bat so we use the other pocket for water. It’s hard to get a skinny water bottle in there.

Perfect for Softball gear
My daughter’s helmet size and add’l gear outgrew the bag that she had (Easton lone-shoulder strap type). This one is very roomy. This works great for softball, which I think has more and bigger gear than baseball does – all helmets have face-masks, and infielders wear another type of face-mask, balls are bigger. It holds her M/L helmet (6 1/2 -7 3/8), her 12″ glove, Champro youth/small adult face mask, and 5 or 6 softballs… all of that in the big compartment. I do put the facemask inside the helmet, but otherwise its not too difficult to do, no cramming equipment in there like puzzle pieces to get it to fit. The main compartment opening is huge and opens all the way, which makes it easy to get the stuff inside. She has batting gloves but doesn’t use them so they have been stuck to the outside velcro the whole time we’ve had the bag (about 2 months), without coming off, even while bringing the bag back and forth to games. Good ergonomic and padded shoulder straps are comfy. We don’t typically use the cleat compartment, I think we wouldn’t be able to get everything else in (maybe would work better if we took out all the softballs tho). The outside fabric is slick and doesn’t attract or show dirt, just slides right off. Although, the black and white is kinda snazzy, my only one request is that I wish they made this bag in some other colors, maybe even girlie ones (purple?).

Spacious and perfect for adults
I LOVE my new softball backpack! I’m an adult woman, there’s plenty of strap room to adjust for size and comfortability. The straps are very thick and padded…super comfortable! The zippers are also thick, easy glide and appear to be well made.I am able to fit my glove for easy grab and go on the front (as pictured) and the adjustable stretchy strap to hold it snug is perfect. In the inside compartment I put a hoodie and an extra glove (for that inevitable unprepared teammate) as well as some miscellaneous stuff (tape, hand warmers, bandaids, etc.) you’ll notice in the picture that there’s still a little room. The bottom compartment (separate) holds a couple extra balls, batting gloves and my cleats (with the balls in there, bigger shoes may not fit, I wear a US women’s size 8.5). If you need to house a helmet, the big front compartment will fit it but I don’t think you could get anything else in that space with it. There’s also a small compartment at the top that’s perfect for a pair of sunglasses, a wallet and even your phone (it’s a fair size). The only thing I feel is missing from this bag is a side pocket for my water bottle. Other than that, it’s perfect for me!

Nice bag, poor construction
After 2 weeks of use, fence hook support became detached. Bag only had 2 bats 1 glove and 4 balls in it too. Barely even loaded up. Now all the weight is one one seam that I doubt will last too long.

Works great for a 7 year old
I like the separate pockets for small items (gloves etc) as well as a shoe compartment and the ability to fit the helmet & glove in the main section. 2 bat holders are great. They are a little too small for carrying some water bottles so that would be my only suggestion is to get a spot specifically made to carry a variety size of water bottles/jugs.

Great bag for softball!
Bought this for my daughters 1st year in softball (8u), and so far it has been an excellent bag that stores everything needed while having an extra storage area for shoes if needed. Since most of her games are late, I have thought about using the bottom area to store a packed dinner on the nights when she has double-headers. The bag is everything we needed and more!

Good size backpack for little league
This backpack is pulling double duty for my 8 year old as a school backpack and a game/practice bag. On game days it easily accommodates a bat, glove and helmet. We could probably get shoes in if needed as well. So far the durability seems okay but we will see what the rest of the season brings. Not sure if it would work for an older child with a bigger helmet but for us it’s working well.

Awesome backpack for the price- Roomy!
My only complaint would be that I wish the bat straps on the side were clasps instead of just elastic. But For the price this baseball bag is a serious work horse. It’s a great form factor but easily fits 10 balls, a helmet, 3 gloves, baseball gloves, my bat, and a few other trinkets in there. I even pack my folding tee sometimes and it sticks right out the top. The zipper design is great and allows easy access, hanging hook has lasted for months already (it literally hangs on a rail in my house)This is my first bag and I’m sure some of the expensive ones might have more features but this thing is definitely solid. Nothing wrong with it at all.

Good bag for the money, and fit all of our kid’s baseball gear, but then quickly started to fall apart. One of the elastic straps pulled apart within only a few weeks of use. Will contact seller/Amazon and see about a replacement or refund.

We bought a different youth bag and it fit our big helmet (has face guard) plus glove(s) and shoes. This one has plenty of space and room to grow. Too new to comment on durability but seems well made.

Perfect baseball bag
For the money it’s a good bag. My 10 year old uses it for softball. She is able to keep 5 softballs in the bottom compartment. In the upper lager one a helmet,glove and face mask. Two 29″ bats are held in the side pockets. The bottom compartment can easily store a pair of cleats instead of balls.

Decent bag, hard to sit upright
I like the idea of the bag. Everything definitely fits, but the bag doesn’t sit upright on its own when I’m trying to pack it up. Once a remove my cleats from the bottom pocket the items from the main part of the bag collapse into the bottom pocket making it hard to put my cleats back in after the game. There’s really nowhere to neatly pack a wallet, phone, keys, etc. it’s not a bad bag, but it’s kind of a pain to pack my things in since it doesn’t stand upright and falls over. I’ll unfortunately have to buy a new bag because it’s sort of inconvenient to use.

Zipper is of a poor quality
This baseball bag is good for 1-2 seasons. After that it wears down. The zippers in particular have been of very low durability. So if you buy a new on every year this bag is fine I suppose. If you prefer to save money and use it and pass it down to your younger sons, this won’t work.
