Perfect and simple
The only drawback is the bat holders. Other then that it is great if you are one that just likes to throw everything in your bat bag. Pockets are extremely helpful as well.

Really solid bag

Perfect size
After reading some other reviews I was worried that this bag would be too small for my daughter’s needs. It was the perfect size! This bag fits…catchers helmet, chest protector, shin guards, batting helmet, face shield, three gloves and there is still a little space left over. And of course it holds two bats. She is able to get all items in and out with ease. We are very pleased with this bag and would buy another or recommend with two thumbs up!

Good bag if your a catcher (can hold everything)
This Rawlings bag is built great for Adult Catchers gear (especially Allstarsporting gear). My son was worried about if his gear and everything else would fit, turns out everything fit without a problem! He’s a junior in highschool and highly recommends this bay if you’re a catcher!!!!

It’s gonna fit
This bag is good and roomy. For reference my very tall little league catcher wears adult leg guards with knee savers, kid sized helmet, chest protector, catchers mitt and fielder glove, batting helmet, and shoves a bat or 2 in there. Granted it’s heavy but it’s in there! It’s a nice heavy bag that will last him for quite a few years to come.

Just not tuff enough !
Using for Little League Catching gear .It’s big enough but the zipper is coming apart .. after about 20 uses. Granted 11 yr olds are not real careful .. but thought we would at least get through the season. It is big enough for all his gear including bats and helmets. I guess this is a better value than the “Cadillac version “for $200 bucks.

My daughter used it a few times for her catcher gear and the zipper broke! I purchased it ahead of time, and by the time the zipper head broke, I was out of the return window. So now I’m stuck with a bag that doesn’t it, and all the catchers gear falls out..

ZIPPER BROKE
Bought this bag for my son. He opened and put his stuff in it and then threw away the packaging. The zipper broke the first time he unzipped it. Extremely disappointing. Can’t be returned now since the packaging was disposed of 🤬

This is a great bag. I personally use it for carrying my umpiring equipment around but it would ve great for a baseball player. One thing with the way it sit on your shoulder. If you decide to put it over your shoulder it can be an issue. Not to much of an issue though! GREAT PRODUCT! 4.5/5

Perfect bag for tournaments
We were looking for a bag for my son that was durable, baseball related and had room for cleats. This bag is the perfect bag for all of those things. We are looking forward to using it in to pack clothes Cooperstown.

Pretty good, with one issue.
First off, this is a solid bag for the money compared to what else is out there. No issues fitting a full set of catchers gear, multiple gloves, bats, 2 helmets, and other stuff. The bag itself feels sturdy and doesn’t seem like it has the potential to rip or tear.That said, the biggest issue here is the zipper for the gloves on the side. It comes off the track on a regular basis. You can usually go all the way back and all the way forward to get it back on track, but the repeated on and off and misalignment is a recipe for disaster. I expect one day the zipper will fail entirely.Other thing worth noting here is it comes with number stickers to stick on the bag. Nice idea in theory, expect the stickers will fall off within days. They do not adhere properly at all.

Big enough for helmets and numerous water bottles
Baseball backpack is no longer big enough for a growing teenaged ball player. This is definitely a welcome change. Enough room for a change of outfit, helmet, hat, bats and a numer of water bottles to be guzzled on a hot summer baseball day. Win! Win!

Decent value, but has shortcomings
I bought this for my then-10-year old son playing Little League 18 months ago, specifically because he wanted to catch and we got him some catcher’s gear that he’d need to bring to practices and games.First, the good news. This bag is huge. If packed correctly, it holds youth catchers shin guards with the Knee Savers pads, a chest protector, a catcher’s helmet/mask; a batting helmet, a catcher’s mitt, a fielder’s glove, two bats, a water bottle, and assorted other small equipment such as a few baseballs, batting gloves, shoes, J-bands, etc.It’s also durable, having been dragged back and forth to easily over 200 practices, games and private workouts, etc., and despite getting thrown down in the bottom of the dugout, dragged and kicked around etc. It’s got some worn edges, but everything’s intact including the seams, all zippers work. So far, so good.The problem is the little things. A bag this size for a little leaguer that doesn’t have wheels could sure use some padded straps to sling over one’s shoulders. Yes, it’s not a backpack, but realistically a Little Leaguer isn’t going to carry this around like a duffel bag given its size and likely weight of all of the equipment. This would be a large duffle bag for an adult. Instead it’s simply got adjustable loop straps on either side. My son still wore it like a backpack and made do.Second, the pockets/compartments are limited. There’s a larger collapsible compartment for shoes, but honestly that rarely gets used because it’s not ventilated and it gets crushed with the other equipment in the bag, so you may as well just throw your shoes into the main compartment anyway. I think my son only ever threw his (hard) sunglasses case in there.There’s only one other pocket, a single flat, rectangular pocket on the broad side that can only hold smaller items – batting gloves, keys, small snacks, etc. It’s large and deep, but fishing around in there isn’t great. There are no internal pockets, which it seems like there could be, to help sort out your smaller pieces of gear, e.g. batting gloves in one, J-bands in another, etc. When you have catcher’s gear filling the large compartment, finding small items in the bottom of the bag (always) is a real pain.It also lacks a hook to hang it on the fence, which would be a nice feature, but you can get a carabiner d-hook if you really want one, but be forewarned that the bag doesn’t hold its shape by itself and needs equipment inside to do that, so the hook may not work very well anyway.I’d buy this if you’ve got a young catcher and you don’t want to bother with any really expensive gear. It’ll do and will get you through Little League/rec ball. If your son or daughter is a bit more serious, however, I’m sure there are better bags out there.

Zipper Broke within 2 weeks
I bought this bag to hold our catchers gear for the 8U travel team I coach. The bag itself is big with plenty of room to not only hold our gear, but also additional space for mitts and other baseball equipment. Its very lightweight and easy to carry. The problem is within 2 weeks of use the zipper already doesn’t work and the bag has never been overly stuffed. Very disappointed with this quality from Rawlings would expect much better.

11U kids catchers gear fits in easily with additional room for gloves and other baseball paraphernalia. Light weight, good mid sized bag to compliment a backpack for batting gear. I wish it had a shoulder strap but its not overly large or heavy to carry by hand. 5 stars because it is exactly what I was looking for.

Great Baseball Gear Bag, Lots of Room For Everything You Need
I coach a T-Ball team, and I needed something to carry everything our team needs for practices and games. The bag is a great size, and carries it all – 3 25″ bats, 2 batting helmets, 4 temporary bases, 2 dozen balls, 1 medical kit, 2 gloves, and scorebook. Plenty or room for other stuff too.Others have stated, it doesn’t come with a shoulder strap, which really would make a world of difference.

Bigger than I expected!
This bag is huge! I bought it thinking it would only fit my son’s catchers gear. Nope! It fits ALL of his baseball gear and even has two spaces for baseball bats, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish it had wheels but otherwise I am very happy since now my son will only have to carry one bag to practice and games instead of two!

Is your kid too cool for wheeled baseball bags?
Now that my son is in high school, he’s too cool to carry a roller bag. This bag surprised me. He’s a catcher and it fits all of his gear without any issues. It holds 2 bats so he’s covered there as well. I do wish it had a shoulder strap, but the straps that are there are long enough to put around your shoulder if you need to. Overall, I’m happy with this bag. We will see how it holds up once the season starts in a couple weeks.
