They held up for our whole season with a pitching machine.
They held up for our whole season with a pitching machine. 7 and 8 year olds in pinto division of PONY. The league told us the pitching machine needed these high quality balls or else the bearings of the machine would be worn unevenly. And the balls would become inconsistent coming from the pitching machine. They really did hold up perfectly for our fall ball season about 12 weeks with 1 game a week and 1 practice. They were fed through the pitching machine hundreds if not thousands of times and without a catcher. (Just smacking the back stop and dirt at 40 mph)I ordered these from Amazon and got what I was expecting. I ordered 2 dozen and got 2 boxes of 12. If you don’t get a full dozen let Amazon know immediately. That’s weird that there’s reviews saying they didn’t get the full dozen….

Great baseballs
These are the official baseballs used in the pony league games my son plays in. I wish there was a good alternative to the leather covering but the synthetics just aren’t the same. It’s something I wish could be perfected. That said, these are great baseballs and it’s nice to have at least a dozen on hand when we go out and practice.

Yeah its real leather but not the greatest
Good for practice but not the greatest feel. I practice with my 8 year old son often and the leather feel is a bit cheap and the laces are not as great as the higher quality diamond balls used at the high school level.

Good balls
These are my favorite baseball balls. I’ve coached for years and for me, these are the best. Shipped fast, decent price….the local sporting good stores in my area don’t have these balls.

Pony versus Little League
I received 1 dozen “Senior Little League” balls instead of the PONY stamped balls for which I paid. I would return them, but they were being used as post season awards at a banquet the day after I received them. Small oversight for me, but pity the person who ordered them expecting to use them in a tournament or event that required the PONY stamp.
