These baseballs are great for kids of all ages
These baseballs are great for kids of all ages. They are soft, so inside playing is safe. Also, when learning how to play it is nice that they are so soft- less injuries 🙂 I would highly recommend this product to others.

Great purchase
These are perfect. Durable enough for outside and soft enough for inside. My kid couldn’t believe he had so many to play with!
Lindsay Collins –
Perfect for practice
These are great! I don’t have to worry about the kids breaking windows when they practice hitting off a tee with these.

Protect your kid’s face when their learning to catch!
Nice and safe and soft for catching. And learning to catch with a glove. Not great for pitching (light foam gives you no control).
Amazon Customer –
really soft
these balls are really soft and pretty light. I’ve had other foam balls that where more solid and heavy like a real baseball. they are as described i just didn’t read it carefully.

Well made, good for training.
My 9 yr-old started pitching this year and I bought these thinking it should help him with velocity, but it also helped with his confidence.

Balls go too far when hit
I purchased with idea of using in place of wiffle balls for warm ups for hitting. The balls when hit travel almost as far as standard baseballs which takes a long to gather balls between hitters.

Play Ball!
These have worked great for the reason we bought them, being able to play little baseball games in the front yard without having to worry about windows or chasing down a big hit ball.

Nice foam baseball for practice
Great foam ball that is close to a standard baseball size and not like the bigger nerf foam balls. Foam density is enough to not be overpowered by average winds but soft enough to not dent a car or house with a strong hit. I use outside and it’s great for a little one with catch or a kid in coach pitch or kid pitch to practice hitting without having to go to a field.

Great for baseball goodie bags. Sturdy foam balls.

12 PC foam balls
This is misrepresented in what was sent. There were 4 balls not 12. They also did not look anything like what was in the picture, completely different colors. Pretty bad when a coach is trying to help his players and this is what we get.

Good for playing around
Good for playing around. Not much weight to these so your putting a lot of force to get them to go very far. Great for kids who are just learning to catch a baseball and great for kids who do not have any coordination to keep them from getting hit the face with a real baseball.

But he is good at grabbing the balls on the field and I …
my son is 15 and throws these balls in his bedroom against the wall. Crazy that I let him do that I know. But he is good at grabbing the balls on the field and I think it helps. So far nothing broken, no dents or marks on the balls. He loves the “raised strings” since he is a pitcher he can practice his grip…

Indoor Baseball
Just what my 4 year old grandson and I needed to play a little indoor baseball without a trip to the ER. We’ll use them once the weather gets nice – so I don’t have to chase them as far.

These sponge balls are of good and strong quality
These sponge balls are of good and strong quality. They travel really far when hitting. Make sure the grass is cut and have fielders placed in the outfield so as to retrieve them. They are easier to carry than regular baseballs. In addition, they work well for for squeezing to alleviate painful arthritic hands.

Favorite in the house
Our favorite practice balls. Super safe, but they still can fly. We have ordered 3 sets over the year(s) because they do get used and our dog tends to steal them and chew them up. We even play in the house with these things. Great product.

Too heavy
While these balls work, they’re too heavy and fall short of the plate if you were to put the machine at the pitcher’s mound. They also don’t seem to be consistent weight, so some are too high and some too low.

Soft On The Hit & Great For The Head
They’re fantastic! Now, when my 5 year old hits balls off the baseball tee against the wall and they fly back smacking him in the noodle, I won’t feel so bad.Good for line drives back at your coconut.

HELPFUL REVIEWER 👍🏻 –
Perfect for 3-5 year old athletes.
Exactly what I was looking for!! I teach preschool aged sports programs and needed soft baseballs for the program but most that I’ve found were cheap foam that rip and break easily with the kids little hands squishing them. These actually look nice and resemble real baseballs ⚾️ and are the perfect size and material for my 3-5 year old students! I can’t wait to introduce them to my kids and they can actually hold and throw them and they won’t hurt the other students if they accidentally hit them.

A good alternative
Nice cheap alternative to more explensive practice balls. They do however vary in density somewhat ( not a big deal) and the size is slightly smaller than a real baseball (also not a big deal). These appear to be cast with a mold that was made from an actual baseball. This would account for their smaller size as any casting comes out smaller than the mold it was made from.

They’re perfect. Lighter and softer than a tee ball
Bought these for my 2 year old daughter that loves trying to play baseball with me. They’re perfect. Lighter and softer than a tee ball, yet still the right size and throws the same.I’ve accidentally hit my daughter in the head probably 5 times and all she does is flinch and laugh, “Bad throw daddy.”The only odd thing is, in the batch of 12 I got, one is definitely more dense than the other 11. Still soft though, but a little more firm.

Just what I was looking for.
Look like baseballs but are soft foam. Both my 2 y/o and 13 y/o boys use them for indoor games. No disasters yet.

Quality Control
These soft baseballs were purchased for my son and I to play catch and to practice his skills; hitting, catching, throwing, and fielding. We use them on a regular basis because his catching skills are not up to par. The both of us noticed one thing that we get frustrated with them. They are all not made with the same amount of density with the foam/rubber substance. We still like using them because he is more confident to catch the ball instead of official league baseballs.

Perfect for my paddle game. Lightweight and bouncy on ground. Very fun.
J&E –
Good size, light weight, sturdy
The good and the bad…Good: balls are a good size, about the size of a tennis ball, and they come in a nice pack of 12. They are soft to the touch and squeezable.Bad: very light weight and easily lost. Just had to order a second pack of these babies.But…. we did come back to these same balls when needing more. Good quality, won’t fall apart.Strongly recommend!

Not so good
Really soft, not really good for training if that’s what you are looking for, I would recommend for a 3-4 yr old to use not older kids

Great for toddlers.
Not as bouncy as a tennis ball, not as hard as a baseball, not as large as a softball – it seems like the perfect ball for a young child with small hands and needing to improve his throwing skills.Would purchase again if needed & would recommend if you are looking for a good kids safety ball.

Great product for 4-5 year olds. Very Safe.
Bought these for use with the grandkids and their foam bats. They are perfect and have lasted nearly 2 years. And we used them a ton. I had to buy a second bag not from them wearing out but they kept hitting them over the fence and we lost a bunch.

Perfect for my 5 year old
This is my 5 year old son’s review. He loves these balls because they are squishy and they bounce great. He can use them on the tee-ball stand and because there are so many he’s using one to teach the puppy how to play fetch and the puppy did great with it.

Not Optimal for Pitching Machines
Good soft balls for kids to play around with but not the best choice if you’re doing training or wanting balls for a pitching machine like the Franklin Pitch Rocket
Franklin Sports Pitch Rocket with Ball Feeder
. These foam baseballs are too soft; pitching machine will just squish them down and can’t put any velocity on them. Better choice for foam baseballs for pitching machines would be the Franklin foam balls
Franklin Sports MLB Replacement Foam Balls 2 pk No. 14941
.

Great indoor
Great use for indoor in garage work off of the T for the kid in rainy days where we can’t hit outside. Or very young children to play and not get hurt with.

These do not work as replacement balls for Fisher-Price Grow-to-Pro Triple Hit Baseball.
These do not work as replacement balls for the Fisher-Price Grow-to-Pro Triple Hit Baseball machine – they are a bit smaller and lighter than the white foam balls from Fisher-Price, so they sputter out of the machine for a distance of about 2 ft.That said, they don’t smell overly strong, and the faux stitching is a nice touch… too bad they don’t work with the pitching machine.
