The plastic end cap has to be adjusted after a few swings since it seems to tighten beyond the point of allowing the ball stem to rotate

I really like using tools like this in the off-season to work on my game. There are some really cool features about this item that have really helped me with my swing. The mat itself is heavy enough that it doesn’t go anywhere if using the driver, but it also has additional suction cups in case you decide to use it indoors.The arm is adjustable, so you can raise and lower the ball position to allow you to work on both drivers, irons, and hybrids. You can tell how well you hit it and the direction of the ball by how it spins on the arm. After a few swings, you’ll see exactly what I mean. It also comes with a few extra hitting balls for when the first one wears out. That’s a little concerning because what are we to do after you go through all of the special practice balls? It’s not like I can just run on down to the nearest Walmart to pick more up.Overall, I like the product; I just really hope they start selling replacement parts soon. I recommend this to the avid golfer wanting to improve his or her game.

Love the product very durable up until 2 years and the metal did finally have on me. I emailed the company and they happily replaced the broken piece with no questions asked other than an Order # and address of where to send the new mat. Can’t say enough.

Easy assembly and sturdy
This is very easy to assemble. Comes with very good picture instructions. It has suction cups that hold it to the ground. Also comes with extra balls in case you need. Can swing hard and the ball just swings around. Practice a full swing with this trainer.

I purchased this trainer for myself and my 11 year old. The materials were high quality and I expect it will last a very long time. We have used it in the garage, basement and outside. You can tell when you make good contact by the way the ball rotates.

Great Durable Product
My wife got this mat for me as a gift. I’ve had similar trainers before but the mats tear after minimal use and they slip easily. I practiced quite a few flop shots and the grass/mat seems very durable. Even after my kids took a few whacks into it the grass held up fine. At just over 10 pounds it’s also heavy enough to stay in place (and light enough to move around). I used it on my wood patio and had no problems with slippage or loss of suction.

Holy Heck It’s Good!!
Why have I had to wait this long to find what I needed in my life!?!? This thing has taken my patio golf game TO THE NEXT LEVEL! Seriously though people! Before this thing hitting off the deck was something you got in trouble for at Top Golf. Now I spend all of my lunch breaks LITERALLY hitting off my deck. Since I work from home now, sometimes I will dip out of Zoom meetings to hit these fixed balls. I just blame it on connectivity issues! Speaking of connectivity issues, I have none! Now that I’ve been using this, I hit my irons so flush that I have also taken up Texas hold’em(little poker joke for ya!). But in all seriousness folks I cannot emphasize how good this product is! It is so easy to assemble, so easy to use, and looks prettier than my wife did 3 kids ago! Super premium looking product that I cannot stop looking at! Get yourself one of these now!

Worn pieces out of the box
This product is great to practice swinging.. but… the pieces looked worn right out of the box! For a product at this price, I’m upset the quality is so poor. I worked hard to buy this for my husband for his birthday, and I’m disappointed this is what he got. I was expecting much better from the other reviews posted. Maybe they bought it at a cheaper price.

Works as advertised
The product base, ball holder and ball are all sturdy and well built. The ball itself is far more durable than many of the stringed versions out there. The only problem is the grass layer on top of the main base. I’ve been using it for about a month and the grass began fraying off. Also the top layer of the base has become separated and unglued. This unit is better than most, but I wish it had lasted a little longer.Update: The company contacted me and immediately rectified the problem with the grass base. Very refreshing to do business with this company. Highly recommended

Just in time for Winter!
Easy to set up and very sturdy. Can take full swings and the mat doesn’t slide around. Easy to move around from room to room or inside to outside. And doesn’t take much space to store when you are done working on your game.

Wears down really badly
After even a few simple hits, over time, several things break. First, the adhesive between the turf and the wood mat below is very ineffective and bad. As it started to split, the turf essentially will completely peel off. Next, the turf material itself is poor, and it started to fray. The suction is only effective on obviously, very tightly sealed surfaces like perfectly smooth concrete. The worst part about this is that the hardware will gradually unwind and rip apart through the materials. The hinge is on a metal plate and the hardware is legitimately so inadequate to keep this hinge on the turf. Please, just get a decent quality turf mat and a hitting net. This is NOT worth it.

This thing is awesome. Very well built and easy to use. Great for practicing inside or outside and really gives you good feed back. It took 3 strokes off my game!
