Helped my husband’s swing
My husband finds that it helps to reinforce a relatively straight arm backswing and proper release in the downswing. It needs to be adjusted frequently since it slips down on your arm. The straps are way too long. They would be too long for a body builder!

Interesting training tool to straighten your swing.
The device itself seems to be pretty sturdy. It’s tricky to get on and you only have one hand to put it on with. The straps do hang off, but I tuck them in like they do in the photos on the listing. It fits my arm pretty well and it’s not too uncomfortable for me, but I suppose its meant to draw as much attention to that arm as possible. I’m only getting back into golfing more regularly so its difficult to say just how effective it will be in the long term. I think some aspects of the design could be improved and make this easier to put on adjust. The magnet has caught a few times, not letting me bend my arm at the end of a swing but I’ll spend more time with it to see if it breaks in, if at all. I’m still dedicating some time on the range with it, so I’ll update this with my progress.

Possibly not for skinnier arms, strong magnet
I wanted to love this, I really did. I even went on their website and watched all the how to videos; it seemed to work flawlessly with all their test subjects so I was excited to give it a go.My first impression: it was slightly difficult to put on by yourself, and it quite honestly was near impossible to tighten the straps on the forearms. As the headline suggests, my forearms are not the bulkiest in the world, so it might just be due to that. If you’re like me, you will either need A, to use your mouth to hold the device in place while you tighten the strap with your hand, or B, get someone to help you. Or I guess you could also just pre-tighten the straps prior to putting it on.I am not entirely sure if this is due to my skinnier arms, but the device also did not prevent arm bend as much as I hoped it would. It does help, yes – but it appears to flex a little bit, and even that slight arm bend is what I struggle with the most, so that was a little disappointing. As the headline suggests, “strong magnet,” one might assume this is a good thing. It is not. After you follow through with your swing, once your arm gets to the right position, the device is supposed to unlock itself to allow your arm bend (as it should) at the end of the swing. Unfortunately, the product I received has a rather strong magnet, so even when it’s in the upright position it’s still stuck in the locked position. Even an exaggerated movement doesn’t unlock it, I have to unlock it manually with my hand every time which is a bit annoying. You could probably just stick something in between the two magnets to prevent this from happening, but I feel like this is something that should just work out of the box.I gave it 3 stars (which I thought was considerate, given my thoughts above), because although it didn’t work for me, the device (for the most part) does work as advertised, so maybe it will work better for someone else!

it is all about the swing
I am getting back into golf and I need all the help I can get. Since I am DIYer in the backyard, I am a junkie for training aids to help me with my golf skills.Star Rating System (What do my star ratings mean?):1 STAR – Completely unusable, would request a refund2 STAR – Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn’t purchase it again3 STAR – It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations4 STAR – I like it. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would purchase it again and recommend it to a friend5 STAR – I love it. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and would openly promote it to friendsAs an Amazon Vine Member, I give honest reviews, whether or not it is a good one or a bad one. I’m a person who immediately checks reviews on everything, and I understand how important an honest and thoughtful review is.

Pretty good training tool for chicken wingers
First of all, this is not for playing a round with. It is a training tool focused on one thing…keeping your forward arm straight during the backswing. For that purpose, it does a good job to reinforce this when training with it.Getting it on and off is a bit cumbersome. Make sure you loosen the straps and then tighten them when back on. Not the end of the world, you only have to do this once for your practice session. You also have to remember to engage the pin after every single swing. The pin forces the sleeve to stay rigid until you are in your follow-through. It maybe exaggerates the rigidity on the backswing, but the thought is to ingrain it into muscle memory so that it becomes natural once you stop using it. It feels a bit uncomfortable in a way, but that is because your arm may be fighting the intention of keeping straight. So, on the plus side, it can be a great aid for those who fail to keep their arm straight during the backswing, and hopefully force that action. On the negative side, I fear that the cumbersomeness of putting it and resetting the pin will put off some people, as well as the price. It is a nice aid, but at $75, it is not cheap for what it is. For these reasons, I have deducted a star. But if you are one who chicken wings their swing all the time, this could be a help.

Good idea, bad execution
This device is something I’ve been wanting to try for sometime now. It promises to deliver a straight arm position upon impact. When the item arrived I was surprised at how large and heavy it was. The width is so great that I could fit 1.5 of my arms in there. But I had to give it a try.So I took it to the range and spend a good hour trying it. The straps are weird – the inner ones are just long enough to wrap around my arm but the outer ones are so long that you’re left with a foot of dangling straps. The forementioned width made it sometimes uncomfortable on backswing – every now and then it would want to catch and/or rub on my shirt. But the biggest problem was that the pin would not unlock half the times I swung the club.Even with it unlocked I had some good hits and good contacts with the ball. I believe there is a merit to this trainer but I just wish the design was improved. I also find this to be a poor value for what it is.

A helpful training aid
The Zwingit Golf Swing Trainer is an excellent tool for anyone looking to improve their golf swing. As an avid golfer, I was excited to try out this product, and I was impressed with its performance and ease of use.The trainer can be used with any club in your bag, making it an excellent investment for anyone looking to improve their overall game. It’s also lightweight and compact, making it easy to take with you to the range or the course. The trainer is also very easy to set up and use. It attaches quickly to your club and provides instant feedback, allowing you to make adjustments to your swing on the fly.Overall, I would highly recommend this trainer to anyone looking to improve their golf swing however my opinion is that the price should be a bit lower (I got it at $75)

Not For Me
I wanted to like this swing trainer. I really did. I understand the concept behind it, and it seems to be a good idea. My problem was after every swing I had to practically put it back on from scratch. Who has arms big enough for these long straps? I had to pull the straps all the way to even get it to kinda fit. Then you have to wrap the excess strap somewhere to get it out of the way. It’s just too much trouble. I know, like me, golfers are willing to try anything to improve their swing (Even pay $75 for a piece of green plastic), but this device just isn’t for me. I went ahead and gave 3 stars instead of 2 or 3 because maybe I just didn’t know how to use it. I don’t think so. I did get the stiff arm and bolt release to work. It just didn’t fit me or something. (Sigh)

Excellent training tool
This is the first golf training tool that I have seen that gives true feedback on keeping the lead arm straight. The plastic device locks in place to insure that the lead arm stays straight in the backswing. At the top, you feel pressure in the elbow if the arm begins to break down. An innovative sliding locking mechanism unlocks on the downswing allowing you to follow through naturally. I was skeptical that I would be able to take a full swing, but the latch releases at the bottom of the swing if the arm is straight.

Helping my girlfriend’s chicken winging.
The unit is bigger than it looks. There’s videos showing how to use it that are helpful. It’s getting my girlfriend to keep her arm straight thru Impact, and feel what the golfswing should feel like.

Amazingly effective
My husband has tried many things to help with his swing so I figured this would be one more thing to add to the unused pile. Was I wrong! He’s already feeling a difference after just one day of practice.I like that it’s adjustable so I can work on my swing, too, using the same device – no need to buy different sizes.Highly recommend!

Can’t get it to work
The weight doesn’t dislodge at the end of my swing, which keeps my arm straight the whole time. It’s also pretty uncomfortable to wear and keeps slipping. I’m a fan of training aids but I would pass on this one.

Overpriced Turd
I wish I could give this zero stars. For the price it is so stupid! I golf regularly and thought this may help, but, there are more than a few things wrong with this item- firstly, it doesn’t stay on! So stupid- you can’t even use it without it slipping off. Secondly it DOES NOT hold you in the correct position whatsoever it makes everything awkward. Thirdly, it isn’t that easy to get on and off so you take a lot of time messing with it and adjusting it when you could be spending your actual time golfing! I know I received this item for free, but to be honest, I am mad that I have to pay the tax on it because it sucks so hard. Useless and bad design.
